The first ever Marvel movie my friend David watched was Guardians of the Galaxy. After plenty of convincing I was finally able to convince David, to take the plunge into the Marvel Universe. After watching Guardians it was clear Marvel had just made another fan. After the movie ended, discussion ensued, where I then ask David who his favorite characters in the movie were. His response, “Wandu and Quail”. I immediately keel over laughing assuming he had meant to say Yondu and Quill. The discussion then devolved into potentially opening up a bar which we’d name Wandu and Quail, where we served only drinks named after Marvel characters, but incorrectly. Some potential options: Captain Canada, the Normal Nurse, Director Rick Furry, etc. We didn’t get to open that bar, but hey a blog it is!
